Fairwell happyness.

This is the first update in a very long time and it is also a sad one too, University has now come to an end and so has the celebratory holiday. I had the best time and i was absolutely gutted that i had to return to normal life. We met some wonderful people whilst in Cornwall, mostly of the male variety due to the fact Newquay was seriously lacking female presence!. Anyway..I have finally shed the remainders of my wonderful holiday, reluctantly..and I'm now preparing my self for the hard months ahead filled with less than impressive interview techniques and terrible covering letters.

My first interview is tomorrow, I must admit PR and Marketing is sounding more boring by the second. I'd much rather be getting my hands dirty, i suppose a bit of gardening will have to do for now.

I had a lot of fun at the private view, I was joined by my sister her partner and of course my partner (I know..serious lack of parentals but a holiday in Devon was just too good to say no to). There was a lot of interest in my work! I became a serial eves dropper which probably wasn't good for my ego but what the heck, I was really happy with my drawings so curiousity got the better of me and i wanted to know if people felt the same (..and they did) So, i am very happy indeed. I only hope it's reflected in my marks that I've been informed will be arriving on Friday! Scary stuff.

So..the final week shall commence tomorrow, yet again I'm determined to make the most of it. I shall be invigilating for a few days and just popping in on other days to say hello. Father will help me take down my work on Thursday evening as I'll be venturing to Alton Towers on Friday (Please Lord give me sunshine) After that...It's pretty much over, Grad ball will hopefully be the cherry on top of a very eventful but wonderful last year.

Big day ahead! Due to the Degree show catalogue order being messed up by the printers I had to stay up until 1 am this morning making and giving every one of my business cards and individual drawing ('cos I'm nice like that). I'm hoping people will like the idea at the business view this evening, after all..who ever takes one is getting an original by me!. If they are successful tonight i might have to make some more for tomorrows private view and possibly the the whole of next week! I don't mind really, as long as the public enjoy.

boredom is killing me.

I'm looking forward to going to uni tomorrow! I can't take much more of this boredom!

passing time.

Trying to make the days go by quicker seems to be working quite well. Since finishing my final project i've been doing what i do best, some illustration! I'll put decent images up when i've done a bit more. Untill then I will continue to enjoy the summer while it lasts!
